Here you will find reviews of recipes that I've tried. Check back often!!!
Dressings:
Copy Cat Olive Garden Salad Dressing: Tastes just like the real thing, which I love!
Drinks:
Starbucks Secret Menu: This is a jpeg of ways you can transform your favorite Starbucks drink into something else. I haven't tried any yet, but they do look interesting.
Soups:
Skinny Baked Potato Soup: One word: Amazing. This soup is made with cauliflower (which I normally hate), but tastes just like potato soup. We usually serve it with a BLT.
Lasagna Soup: Really yummy soup, but not exactly Weight Watchers friendly. Highly recommended!
Sandwiches:
Cranberry Pecan Chicken Salad: One of the best chicken salads I've found (with the exception of my Grandmother's).
The Spanglish Sandwich: This sandwich would have been a lot better if I could figure out how to not overcook the eggs.
Chicken Gyros: If you like Gyros you will like these.
Poultry:
Chicken Enchiladas: I have a love affair with Mexican food, and these are really good.
Baked Creamy Chicken Taquitos: These are soooo yummy. Definitely one of my favorites.
Coconut Chicken with Sweet Chili Dipping Sauce: Like coconut shrimp but better and with less cholesterol.
Weight Watchers Chicken Enchiladas: For 4-6 PointsPlus an enchilada, you can't go wrong.
Weight Watchers Buffalo Chicken Bites: Melissa recommended these. How these are 5 PointsPlus for 4 is beyond me. Wow.
Weight Watchers Asian Lettuce Wraps: So good. And so filling!!!
Pasta:
Parmesan Linguini with Peas: Hands down the best pasta dish I've ever made.
Crock Pot:
Mexican Chicken: The easiest recipe ever. I'm not in love with it, but Kelly thinks it's the best thing I make. Probably because all you have to do is throw stuff in the crock pot and turn it on.
Dessert:
Chocolate Chip Cookies: So.Freaking.Good. This is seriously the best chocolate chip cookie recipe I've ever found. I always add more chocolate chips than called for, because a little extra chocolate can't hurt, right?
Peanut Butter Kiss Cookies: My favorite cookie of all time.
Thumbprint Cookies: These are Kelly's favorite. I use raspberry preserves.
Mexican Wedding Cakes: I make these cookies by special request every Christmas.
Chocolate Satin Pie: Really easy and good tasting. However, when I made it, it didn't set right so it spilled all over my fridge. I ate the remains. I have no shame.
Chocolate Truffles: I made these for Christmas and they were a big hit. I topped them with coconut, cocoa powder, and POTATO CHIPS. You read right...potato chips!!! They were AMAZING!!!!!
Weight Watchers Oreo Cheesecake: If you eat nothing else on this page, eat this. It's delicious, a nice sized portion, and only 4 points plus per serving.
